6 years ago we set out on a mission

StrideHer was born because one hour a week traditional coaching, to us, just wasn't enough. I left a salary gym coaching job with a vision — higher touchpoint, more responsive, more personalized coaching built around the full complexity of a woman's body and life.

The women runners who needed coaching most weren't finding me in the gym. So I built something from the ground up that could actually show up for them every single day, something they didn't feel intimidating stepping towards, and gave them more than what they knew to ask for.

We saw an opportunity and stretched what was thought was possible, and what we've been able to create through our clients, coaches, and ambassadors is only just the start of something with huge momentum.

We've made something built to last 

We are relentlessly obsessed with making online coaching better. Not just better than what's out there, better than what we delivered last month, last season, last year. Every run exercise video, every coaching response, every platform update, every resource we build exists because we asked ourselves one question: does this actually serve our women better?

The result is a coaching experience so involved, so present, and so personal that our athletes stop thinking "what should I do?" and start thinking "what would coach say?" and they already know the answer.

That's the standard we hold ourselves to every single day, this is our full time pursuit and we've impacted hundreds of autonomous runners!
