✔️A 45-minute video call with your coach to assess your movement patterns so we can design personalized strength & mobility for your unique body
✔️After your assessment, you will receive a digital report including a video of the call, to keep as a record of what your body needs for specific strength and mobility
✔️Every 6 months*, we conduct another video call to reassess and measure improvements in your movement, gather new insights for digital run training direction, and exercise selection. *for clients who do continuous training with StrideHer throughout that time
✔️ Celebrate wins, break down any mindset barriers & grow through current challenges
✔️ Education for upcoming weeks overviewed through our 20 minute calls once monthly
✔️ Convenient self-booking system to fit your schedule
✔️ Stay connected between calls through our coaching app, messaging, and comments to keep your coaching in one spot and out of your busy inbox & texts
✔️ Workbooks & training tools provided between calls
✔️Daily runners' mobility and recovery routines made for you to lengthen & strengthen - these routines often make the most significant positive changes
✔️ 2-3 strength routines weekly, with exercises thoughtfully selected based on what we discovered in your Movement Assessment
✔️Warm-up and exercise videos with detailed descriptions, areas of focus, and modifications
✔️Drag and drop sessions we create into days you know will work
✔️ Enjoy lifetime access to your coaching profile and past workouts, even after you graduate from our coaching program
