✔️A 45-minute video call with your coach to assess your movement patterns so we can design personalized strength & mobility for your unique body
✔️After your assessment, you will receive a digital report including a video of the call, to keep as a record of what your body needs for specific strength and mobility
✔️Every 6 months*, we conduct another video call to reassess and measure improvements in your movement, gather new insights for digital run training direction, and exercise selection.
